TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items will be posted using 1st class post (for mainland UK) or via courier for larger items.
Postage/carriage terms may vary on individual items if posting outside mainland UK. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will be charged based on size and weight. You will then be contacted by to inform you of any additional charge that may apply. If you would like to know the cost of delivery before you order please email us (email@example.com).
Items will from stock will normally be despatched within 1 day- if our stock is zero for the ordered product there will be a delay, but not usually more than 7 days. We will advise you if this happens.
Using Paypal for making a payment
The delivery address used for your order will be the address registered on your Paypal account - unless you tell us otherwise.
If you wish to change this (or have out-of-date contact information through moving house, etc.), it can be amended at the 'Review your payment' screen.
On the 'Post to:' underneath the name and address you will find a 'Change' link. This stores alternative paypal addresses, and gives you the option to add a new address.
Within the 'Review your payment' screen, you may also:
- Add special instructions for delivery
- Change Payment method
- Change Post To information (reviewed above)
- Change Contact Information.
If a payment error occurs, please contact us - we may already be aware of the problem and will help you resolve it quickly.
Customer service & return policy
Your satisfaction is very important. Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Eco Worrier by either post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Eco Worrier will be sent back at your cost.
We have done our best to display all information and specifications for our products on the website.If however, you decide that on receipt, the item you have purchased is not suitable, then you may ask to return it within 7 days for a full refund on the cost of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund carriage/postage costs, and any carriage cost incurred in the return of goods to Eco Worrier will have to be borne by the customer. It is imperative that you contact us before doing this, as larger items will need courier arrangements.
Faulty / damaged items
Every effort is made to ensure goods are in perfect condition before being despatched, but in the event of damage through transit or manufacturers fault, a full refund or replacement can be organised. Please contact Eco Worrier for details.
'Refund The Difference' offers
This offer is only applicable to new purchases.
It does not include specially priced composters made available through local government & council schemes in the UK.
The offer will run until the 1st of January 2010.
We will need to verify prices before refunding the difference.
Customers should not make a purchase on this site before they have challenged a cheaper price found elsewhere.
A refund of the difference will not be made to a customer once their purchase has been posted from our warehouse.
