To charge, unlock the Penguin's wing by sliding the lock switch downward. Hold the torch and squeeze the handle continually for a period of time. This will turn the dynamo and put charge into the internal battery. Slide the top switch to turn the Penquin's light on at the top of his head.
1 minute of squeeze will give 5 minutes of light.
